RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As a slow fashion label, each piece is made specially for you. Hence, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer size exchanges under certain conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Only one-time size exchange per order is allowed.

• Customer must courier the product back to us. We will cover shipping for the exchanged item.

2. Not Eligible for Exchange

• Custom or altered orders

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories

• Minor variations in color, weave, or finish (natural to handcrafted items)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email or DM us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. We’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

• Your order number

• Reason for exchange

• Photos (if required)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to help you with the process.
