1. Prepaid Orders Only
We currently accept only prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

2. Free Standard Shipping
We offer free shipping across India on all standard orders—no minimum amount required.

3. Urgent Delivery Requests
Need your order within 3–4 working days? We do offer express shipping at an additional charge. Please contact us before placing the order to confirm availability and cost based on your location.

4. Processing Time
All Baaisaa pieces are made-to-order. Please allow 5–7 working days for us to craft and dispatch your order.

5. Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

6. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

7. Pre-order pieces ship within 12–15 working days from order date.
